Job Title: Field Nurse Supervisor – Home Care
Location: Bronx, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team as a Field Nurse Supervisor. You will lead and mentor a team of home health aides, personal care aides, and nurses, ensuring high-quality care for clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and support paraprofessional staff in the field.
- Conduct in-home supervision, competency assessments, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with care standards, safety protocols, and agency policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement client care plans.
- Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State RN license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of nursing experience in acute care or home care; supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of home healthcare practices, medication administration, and patient care standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Shift & Schedule:
- Flexible schedule to accommodate field supervision, staff training, and client visits.
- Primarily Monday – Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 annually
