Location: Brooklyn, NY

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Rate: $30 to $33 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to a group of patients under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of quality patient care within the framework of the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer direct nursing care to patients as assigned.
Assist in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of patient care.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of LPN experience.
Active LPN license in the state of New York.
COVID-19 vaccination required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
